Dairy Free Pizza
- 2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- about 1 Tsp. Tuscan herbs blend
- (rosemary,sage,thyme,basil)
- a couple sprinkles of fresh ground pepper
- Spinach Leaves
- 5-6 Small(2-3inch pieces) grilled chicken strips
- (pre-cooked usually in the frozen foods section)
- Crumbled Goat Cheese
- Thinly sliced zucchini (5-6 slices)
- 1 8inch pita flatbread
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
- 2. Mix garlic,olive oil,herb blend and pepper in a small bowl
- 3. with a spoon spread mixture over pita until evenly coated
- (there should be a little oil mixture remaining, if not make more!)
- 4. evenly place zucchini on pita and drizzle a small amount of oil on each peice.
- 5. cover pita with spinich leaves.
- 6. place chicken pieces over leaves and sprinkle the goat cheese crumbles over that.
- 7. gently drizzle remaining oil mixture over the whole pita.
- 8. put on oven stone in oven for 10-12min or until edges are golden brown.
- 9. cut into wedges and enjoy!
