Low Carb Seafood Chowder
- 1tsp. Of onion powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. Old Bay
- 3 tsps. chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 3 oz., without shell chopped shrimp
- 5 oz minced clams
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups chopped cauliflower
- 1 bottle or can of clam broth
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
- 8 oz boneless white fish
- 1 Tbsp. Corn starch
- 1. Chop celery and cauliflower. Put in a large pot with chicken broth, 1 bottle clam juice, onion powder, old bay, and garlic. Bring to boil. Reduce temperature and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 2. Chop fish and shrimp into small pieces. Add parsley, fish, shrimp, and can of minced clams. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3. Add cream and butter. mix two tbsp. Of chowder liquid with the corn starch and mix inti the chowder. Serve.
