Pork And Potato Scallop
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 4 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 oz.)
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- In a 2-quart baking dish, arrange potatoes, onions and green pepper.
- Top with pork chops.
- Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
- Combine soup and milk.
- Pour over all.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Cook in microwave for 5 minutes or until soup starts bubbling.
- After soup starts boiling, cook for another 15 minutes or until pork chops and vegetables are tender.
- Turn baking dish halfway around after 5 minutes of cooking.
- Let stand about 5 minutes.
