Pork And Potato Scallop

  1. In a 2-quart baking dish, arrange potatoes, onions and green pepper.
  2. Top with pork chops.
  3. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
  4. Combine soup and milk.
  5. Pour over all.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap.
  8. Cook in microwave for 5 minutes or until soup starts bubbling.
  9. After soup starts boiling, cook for another 15 minutes or until pork chops and vegetables are tender.
  10. Turn baking dish halfway around after 5 minutes of cooking.
  11. Let stand about 5 minutes.
