Oven Roasted Green Beans With Garlic

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Coat a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Rinse beans and trim off tough ends. Place beans in the baking pan.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into 1/4-inch rings.
  5. Separate the rings and scatter them over the beans.
  6. Peel the garlic.
  7. Cut the cloves in half and scatter over the onions.
  8. Drizzle with oil.
  9. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  10. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Transfer beans to a serving bowl.
  11. Drizzle with vinegar and stir well.
  12. Serve hot or at room temperature.
