Buffalo Chicken Beer Cheese Dip

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and brown the chicken.
  3. 3. With a handheld mixer, or in a food processor, mix everything, except the 1/2 cup of mozzarella & chicken, until thoroughly combined.
  4. 4. Stir in the chicken pieces.
  5. 5. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the 1/2 cup mozzarella on top.
  6. 6. Bake 15-20 minutes. Serve with celery sticks or chips!!
