Buffalo Chicken Beer Cheese Dip
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into tiny pieces
- 8oz plain greek yogurt
- 16oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup red tabasco sauce
- 2/3 cup IPA beer
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and brown the chicken.
- 3. With a handheld mixer, or in a food processor, mix everything, except the 1/2 cup of mozzarella & chicken, until thoroughly combined.
- 4. Stir in the chicken pieces.
- 5. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the 1/2 cup mozzarella on top.
- 6. Bake 15-20 minutes. Serve with celery sticks or chips!!
