Jalapeno Alfredo Chicken

  1. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over med heat. Add garlic, spices and chicken. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from skillet, set aside.
  2. Cook Pasta until done and drain.
  3. Over med heat. Melt 4tbsp butter in skillet. Add garlic and spices. Stir in flour a little at a time. Slowly pour in milk and half & half stirring until creamy. Add cheeses and stir until melted. Mix in peppers and chicken. Add to pasta.
