Chicken Chocolate Fettuccini Alfredo
- Heavy Cream
- Salted Butter
- Fresh Parmasaen Cheese
- Chicken
- Cocoa Powder
- Fettuccini
- A dash of the following:
- Garlic Powder, Pepper, Oregeno, Basil and White Wine (Preferably Pinot Grigio)
- Mix Heavy Cream (calculate amount with how many you plan to serve) and one (or two if large crowd) sticks of butter into a saucepan. But on stove and heat until butter is melted, stirring occassionally. When butter is melted, add dash ingredients, minus the wine. Also add two teaspoons full of cocoa powder.
- Cook Fettuccini per box instructions.
- In a slightly oiled (olive oil) skillet, place strips of chicken. Allow chicken to brown a bit. Once brown, add dash ingredients including wine, and two teaspoons of cocoa powder.
- Serve everything in seperate dishes so guests can choose their preferred amount of alfredo sauce, etc.
