Chicken Chocolate Fettuccini Alfredo

  1. Mix Heavy Cream (calculate amount with how many you plan to serve) and one (or two if large crowd) sticks of butter into a saucepan. But on stove and heat until butter is melted, stirring occassionally. When butter is melted, add dash ingredients, minus the wine. Also add two teaspoons full of cocoa powder.
  2. Cook Fettuccini per box instructions.
  3. In a slightly oiled (olive oil) skillet, place strips of chicken. Allow chicken to brown a bit. Once brown, add dash ingredients including wine, and two teaspoons of cocoa powder.
  4. Serve everything in seperate dishes so guests can choose their preferred amount of alfredo sauce, etc.
