Orange Glazed Pork Loin

  1. PREPARATION:
  2. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper; coat with the flour. Heat oil in a large skillet or saute pan over medium-high heat. Brown the pork tenderloins for about 5 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the pork. Turn the tenderloins over to coat all sides and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the cover and continue cooking, turning frequently, for 10 minutes, or until the pork is thoroughly cooked. Slice pork and serve with the sauce.
  4. Serves 4 to 6.
