Porc À La Minute
- 12 Center cut pork cutlets 1/2 inch thick, trimmed and deboned
- Marinade
- 1/4 cup almmond oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon squeezed lime
- 12 toasted 1/4 inch slices of baguette
- Mix the marinade.
- Add the pork.
- Mix with marinade.
- Allow at least 30 minutes for the flavors to infuse into the pork.
- Heat the BBQ to at least 400F
- Add the marinated pork.
- Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
- Place under aluminum foil for a further 3 minutes.
- Prepare each serving ( 2 pork cutlets per person)by:
- Placing each cutlet on a round of toasted baguette.
- Top with accumulated juices.
- Add a serving mixed green salad.
- Serve with baguette and butter
