Spicy Vegetable Soup

  1. Cook the first 3 ingredients in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce and the next 6 ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat.
  4. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in tomatoes, chiles and vegetables.
  6. Return to a boil.
  7. Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  8. Yields 12 cups.
