Bread Machine -Super Garlic Bread
- 3 cups of warm water
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3-4 cloves of crushed/mashed garlic
- 3 cups white flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- ( I used 1/2 tsp organic all seasoning & 1/2 tsp organic thyme, and then threw a tiny bit of chopped fresh basil)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 1. Combine measured ingredients in bread pan, liquids first, then add dry ingredients.
- 2. Form a hold in the dry mixture to pour yeast into.
- 3. Select medium crust, and large loaf.
- 4. When finished, remove carefully and let cool out of the bread machine for a few minutes.
- 5. Slice, and enjoy immediately for a delicious time.
