Butter Chicken

  1. Prepare a pot by melting butter on a medium heat. Peel and chop onions as small as possible.
  2. Add the onions to the pot and braise them until light brown.
  3. Mix all spices in a bowl and them to the pot. Add the chicken and cook until soft.
  4. Add the tomato puree, lemon juice.
  5. Add Yoghurt
  6. Add Fresh Cream
  7. Add Sugar
  8. Add Danya
