Butter Chicken
- 2 Big onions
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Chicken Masala
- 1 tsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1/2 tsp Tumeric
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 3 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 Kg Chicken breast blocks
- 3 tsp Lemon Juice
- 60 ml Thick Yoghurt
- 250 ml Fresh Cream
- 1/2 bunch Danya
- 4 TBSP Tomato paste
- 2 TBSP Sugar
- Prepare a pot by melting butter on a medium heat. Peel and chop onions as small as possible.
- Add the onions to the pot and braise them until light brown.
- Mix all spices in a bowl and them to the pot. Add the chicken and cook until soft.
- Add the tomato puree, lemon juice.
- Add Yoghurt
- Add Fresh Cream
- Add Sugar
- Add Danya
