Omelette Ball

  1. 1) Get out your two cup bowl or soup mug & coat the inside with your favorite nonstick method..I like Butter Pam.
  2. 2) Deposit ALL of the above ingrediants into your two cup bowl or soup mug (I like the soup mug..the handle makes me happy :-)
  3. 3) Mix all of you ingrediants while in the greased bowl until it all becomes an even yellow color(well mixed).
  4. 4) 1st option...Place in the microwave on HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes, depending on how moist you like your omelette.
  5. 2nd option...place in preheated 400 degree oven for approx 5 minutes or until you see the "souffle" like dome, crest over the top of your bowl. You may have to experiment with this method to get your desired moisture level.
  6. 5) When it is finished, you may either eat it directly from the bowl...OR... take it out of the bowl, placing it top side down on a plate. This gives you a cool OMELETTE BALL & allows you to serve other accompanying items on the plate.
  7. NOTE..I have noticed that the longer you microwave this, the tougher the top crust can be (not bad, but noticeable). However, if you place it top side down, on a plate, this takes care of that problem.

eggs, american cheese, four, red bell pepper, corn, salt
