Oatmeal Oaties

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until chunky smooth. depending on how large or small you want the cookies- roll them into balls. (Half fist size balls usually work best) Then lay each ball about 1cm away from the next on a buttered cookie pan. Lay them on the top rack and cook for about 10-20 minutes. keep checking on them every 5ish minutes.
  3. (When you think they are ready, stick a tooth pick through the top of the cookie and see if it needs more time cooking or not.)
  4. note: sticky remains on toothpick show uncooked; clean toothpick means they are perfect!)
