Won Ton 馄饨 (Shrimp And Pork)

  1. 1) In food processor, process ginger, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil and process till ginger is finely minced
  2. 2) Add shrimp to food processor bowl, and process in 1-sec pulses until shrimp is coarsely chopped
  3. 3) Stir vigorously shrimp mixture with ground pork and corn starch in large bowl until mixture begins to resemble a sticky paste.
  4. 4) Wrap in won ton skins.
