Grilled Fish Pasta
- 2 cans of sliced mushrooms
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Extra Spicy Mrs. Dash
- 1 can of low sodium chicken broth
- 6 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of Frank's Red Hot
- 2 lbs. of Red Snapper filets
- 1 box of bowtie pasta
- Preheat grill on Direct High - add non-stick tin foil and Pam cooking spray
- Sautee mushrooms, garlic, olive oil and Mrs. Dash in large skillet
- Add chicken broth, flour and Red Hot and heat to a modest boil
- Place lid on skillet and simmer on low
- Grill fish on Direct High for 12 minutes (6 minutes per side)
- Slice fish filets into bite sizes and add to sauce - continue to simmer on low
- Boil bowtie pasta for 11 minutes - wash and drain with collander
- Serve fish over pasta and enjoy!
