Almond Oatmeal Breakfast Bars Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, dry milk, baking powder, baking soda and spices. Mix well. Stir in raisins.
  4. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Add to dry mixture, mixing until all ingredients are moistened. Spoon into prepared pan. Smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
  5. Bake 30 minutes, until lightly browned. Be careful not to overcook.
  6. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
