Shrimp Salad
- 3 lbs. meduim-size Shrimp
- Seafood seasoning (any variety)
- 16 oz bx pasta
- 1 rg cn black olives (pitted and halved)
- 1 rg jr green olives
- 3 md tomatoes (wedged)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- lite Italian Salad dressing (to taste)
- minced/roasted garlic flakes (to taste)
- Almost fill a 4-qt saucepan with water and seafood seasoning; bring to a boil. Add shrimp and boil for one minute, stirring once or twice. Cool shrimp under cold running water, removing shells. Set aside. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water until cool; drain and set aside. Add shrimp and remaining ingredients to pasta, tossing lightly, but well. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour prior to serving.
