Gran'S Chicken Salad

  1. Place chicken in sauce pot and just cover with water. Add BOIL ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink. Drain and allow to cool before shredding and/or chopping meat. Mix remaining ingredients well and chill at least one hour before serving.
