Freezer Peanut Butter-Choc. Chip Cookies

  1. Cream butter, peanut
  2. butter
  3. and sugar at medium speed of an electric mixer
  4. until
  5. light
  6. and fluffy.
  7. Add egg, milk and vanilla, beating
  8. well.
  9. Combine
  10. flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture, mixing well.
  11. Stir in chocolate morsels. Shape dough into
  12. 2
  13. logs;trap
  14. in waxed paper and freeze at least 8
  15. hours.
  16. Cut
  17. dough
  18. into
  19. 1/4-inch
  20. slices; place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  21. Bake
  22. att50u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand 1 minute; remove cookies to wire racks and cool completely.
  23. Yields about 4 dozen.
