Turkey Chili With Rice

  1. In skillet pan, simmer turkey, onions and green pepper until tender.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Prepare rice according to directions and set aside.
  4. Chop tomatoes and add to meat along with their liquid. Add chili powder and tomato sauce; simmer 20 minutes.
  5. Drain liquid from kidney beans.
  6. Add beans and rice.
  7. Simmer until hot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve with French bread and tossed salad.
  9. Serves 4 to 5.
