Apple Toffee French Bread W/ Apple Syrup

  1. To make the French toast:
  2. Place half of the bread cubes in a greased 13 x
  3. 9-inch baking pan; top with apples. In a large
  4. bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugars, apple
  5. juice and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth; stir
  6. in toffee bits. Spread over apples. Top with
  7. remaining bread cubes.
  8. In another large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and
  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla until well blended; pour over
  10. bread. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  11. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before
  12. baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0F for 40 to 45
  13. minutes or until a knife inserted in the center
  14. comes out clean.
