Jerk Chicken Burgers

  1. 1-In a large bowl, stir together green onions, soy sauce, pumpkin pie spice, thyme, garlic and hot pepper flakes. Cut chicken thighs into 1/2 inch pieces. Add chicken to bowl and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  2. 2-In a food processor, pulse 1/2 the chicken mixture at least 12 times or until coarsely ground. Tip ground chicken into a large bowl. Repeat with remaining chicken mixture. Form chicken mixture into 6 even-size patties. Preheat BBQ to medium. Oil grill well. Place chicken on grill. with a large spoon make an indentation in the center of each burger. (This helps burgers cook more evenly.) cook burgers for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until a meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees F.
