Cajun Shrimp Casserole

  1. In heavy skillet, melt butter; saute celery, pepper and onions for 7 minutes stirring constantly.
  2. Add flour, salt, mace, curry powder, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until well blended.
  3. Stir in milk.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth and thickened.
  5. Add shrimp; cook about 3 minutes.
  6. Pour into a buttered 6 x 10-inch casserole.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
  8. Bake 20 minutes at 425u0b0.
