Japanese Mushroom Pasta With Indian Spices

  1. 1. Boil water
  2. 2. While the water is boiling prepare onion by dicing, mushrooms by washing and chopping into bite-size pieces and spinach by washing
  3. 3. Put spaghetti into boiling water and boil for 10-15 minutes
  4. 4. Turn the gas to medium and in the pan add vegetable oil, garlic and butter. (WARNING: Do not letter garlic turn brown!)
  5. 5. Add onions and cook until translucent
  6. 6. Add mushrooms and spinach and mix
  7. 7. Add soy sauce, garam masala and chilli powder
  8. 8. Drain pasta and put into pan with the rest of the ingredients
  9. 9. Turn the gas to low heat and mix thoroughly
  10. 10 Put the mixture on the plate and top with grated paneer and a pinch of chilli powder before serving
