Japanese Mushroom Pasta With Indian Spices
- 150g Spaghetti
- 2 tbl spoon of Vegetable oil
- 1 tbl spoon of Butter
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 50g Shiitake mushrooms
- 50g Bunashimeji mushrooms
- 25g of Spinach
- 2 tbl spoons of Soy sauce
- 2 tsp of Garam masala
- 2 tsp of chilli powder
- 30g of Paneer
- 1. Boil water
- 2. While the water is boiling prepare onion by dicing, mushrooms by washing and chopping into bite-size pieces and spinach by washing
- 3. Put spaghetti into boiling water and boil for 10-15 minutes
- 4. Turn the gas to medium and in the pan add vegetable oil, garlic and butter. (WARNING: Do not letter garlic turn brown!)
- 5. Add onions and cook until translucent
- 6. Add mushrooms and spinach and mix
- 7. Add soy sauce, garam masala and chilli powder
- 8. Drain pasta and put into pan with the rest of the ingredients
- 9. Turn the gas to low heat and mix thoroughly
- 10 Put the mixture on the plate and top with grated paneer and a pinch of chilli powder before serving
