Grilled Herbed Mahi Mahi (Or Swordfish)

  1. 1. Heat grill. In small bowl, combine
  2. all rub ingredients; mix well. Brush
  3. mahi mahi with oil; place in shallow
  4. baking dish. Pat rub onto both sides
  5. of fish, using a total of 2 tablespoons
  6. of rub. Cook fish immediately or chill 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  7. 2. When ready to grill, place fish skin side up on grill over medium-high heat.
  8. 3. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until fish
  9. just begins to flake, turning once. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
