Easy And Simple Tuna Salad

  1. If using dry minced onion, mix with celery flakes and equal amounts water in a small bowl and rehydrate 5-10 minutes. If only the celery flakes are dry, rehydrate them with an equal amount of water for the same length of time.
  2. Drain tuna well, using spoon
  3. to squeeze out excess liquid from tuna in cans; add tuna to a small refrigerator storing container with lid.
  4. Mix in onion, celery flakes,
  5. lemon-pepper seasoning, sweet relish and mayonnaise. Stir well.
  6. If using chopped hard-boiled eggs, add and stir until just blended.
  7. Cover storage container and refrigerate at least 2 hours or more so that flavors are developed and blended. This is even better the next day.
