Crazy Cuizine Chicken Potsticker Stir Fry
- 1/4 cup Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (reduce to 1 tsp for less spicy)
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Chili paste (reduce to 1 tsp for less spicy)
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil (divided)
- 16 Crazy Cuizine Chicken Potstickers
- 2 Scallions (sliced)
- 2 cups Sugar snap peas
- 1 cup Carrot (diagonal slice)
- 1 cup Red bell pepper (diced)
- 3 Cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger (grated)
- In a small bowl, whisk the soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, honey and chili paste together, set aside.
- Add 1 tbsp sesame oil to a large pan or wok over medium high heat.
- Add the potstickers and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add 1/4 cup water to the pan, cover and steam for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the potstickers from the pan and set aside.
- Add the remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil to the pan.
- Once heated, add the scallions, sugar snap peas, carrots, bell pepper, garlic and ginger.
- Saute 4-5 minutes.
- Add the potstickers back to the pan and pour the sauce over the stir fry.
- Toss everything together on the stove for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove and serve immediately.
