Crazy Cuizine Chicken Potsticker Stir Fry

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, honey and chili paste together, set aside.
  2. Add 1 tbsp sesame oil to a large pan or wok over medium high heat.
  3. Add the potstickers and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water to the pan, cover and steam for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove the potstickers from the pan and set aside.
  6. Add the remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil to the pan.
  7. Once heated, add the scallions, sugar snap peas, carrots, bell pepper, garlic and ginger.
  8. Saute 4-5 minutes.
  9. Add the potstickers back to the pan and pour the sauce over the stir fry.
  10. Toss everything together on the stove for 1-2 minutes.
  11. Remove and serve immediately.
