Spaghetti Salad
- 16 oz vermicelli - break into 1/4's or smaller
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Lawrey's seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon accent
- 4 oz green pepper
- 3/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup green onions
- 1 can black olives, 50 count, chopped or 4 oz chopped
- 1-1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
- 1 each 4 oz diced pimentos
- 1st day
- Cook, rinse and drain spaghetti. Mix together in bowl and marinate cooked pasta with oil, lemon juice, seasoned salt and accent.
- 2nd day
- Mix together with other ingredients, let sit several hours in refrigerator
- Optional
- add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese or to taste
- add chopped celery
- add cubed swiss cheese
