Fern Gulch Fire Chili
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 head yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 Habanero minced
- 3 Anaheim Peppers chopped
- 3 Jalapeno Peppers chopped
- 3 Serano Peppers chopped
- 1 can 28oz can whole tomatoes
- 1 can 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 3 can chili beans
- 1 can chili beans in sauce
- 1 cup coffee
- 1 can Stout beer
- 3 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 tablespoon Tobasco
- 1 tablespoon Worchestire
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cube beef boullion
- 4 slice bacon cooked and diced
- 1 Large chili in adobo sauce
- Brown ground beef and sausage in very large cooking pot with onion and garlic.
- Drain grease if desired being careful not to lose the garlic and onion.
- Add all other ingredients and cook for 8 to 10 hours over lower stirring when possible to prevent burning on bottom.
- Serve with tortillas chips on top and either cheese or sour cream.
