Fern Gulch Fire Chili

  1. Brown ground beef and sausage in very large cooking pot with onion and garlic.
  2. Drain grease if desired being careful not to lose the garlic and onion.
  3. Add all other ingredients and cook for 8 to 10 hours over lower stirring when possible to prevent burning on bottom.
  4. Serve with tortillas chips on top and either cheese or sour cream.
