Salsa

  1. 1. Add the garlic and serano into a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
  2. 2. Add the union to the food processor and blend until the union is chopped into dime sized chunks.
  3. 3. Add the can of tomatoes (including the juice) and and blend.
  4. 4. Cut the cilantro in half (half leaves, half stems). Add the cilantro to the food processor and blend until finally chopped. (Add the stems too for an extra cilantro taste).
  5. 5. Add the juice and salt and stir until fully mixed in.
  6. 5. Chill the salsa and serve.
  7. For a sweeter variation, add an apple to the mix the same time you add the unions.
