Grilled Chicken Lebanese Skewers

  1. Wash chicken breasts with lemon and running cold water,salt.
  2. Cut the chicken into small cubes about 1-inches thick. Put in a glass bowl and add the ingredients. Marinate for 2 hrs. This can also be marinated for next day.
  3. Before cooking:Wash chicken with lemon & salt in cold running water.
  4. Cooking:Thread the chicken into the skewers
  5. Prepare a gas grill on med-high heat and when hot,Cook in batches and cover with lid.
  6. Turn occasionally and total time about 9 mins.
  7. Remove when cooked and place in a plate covered with aluminum foil. Let stand a few minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Accompanied with fries or salad.
  10. Garlic Aioli
