Stuffed Banana Peppers

  1. CUT TOPS OFF OF PEPPERS AND SEED AND CORE. TOSS WITH OLIVE OIL AND ROAST IN 350 OVEN FOR 15-18MIN
  2. MELT BUTTER IN SAUTEE PAN. ADD GARLIC, ONIONS AND MINCED PEPPERS AND SAUTEE UNTIL SOFT. ADD CHERRY PEPPERS, S&P, PASTE. STIR TO COMBINE. ADD CHEESES AND ALLOW TO MELT AND COMBINE. ADD BREAD CRUMBS. STIR TO MIX THEN REMOVE FROM HEAT TO COOL.
  3. WHEN PEPPERS AND STUFFING ARE COOL, STUFF PEPPERS. HEAT PEPPERS IN 350 OVEN FOR 10-13 MINUTES THEN SERVE. SPRINKLE WITH DICED TOMATOES AND SERVE WITH RANCH DRESSING ON THE SIDE.
