Ginger Spice Cookies _ Gluten Free

  1. 1. Sift together the first 8 ingredients and set aside.
  2. 2. In an electric mixer on low speed: mix the oil, syrup, honey and egg until smooth.
  3. 3. With mixer running, gradually add the dry ingredients (except oats) to the wet.
  4. 5. Using a spatula, gradually fold in the oats.
  5. 6. Spoon onto oiled baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly golden.
