Striped Bass With Onion And Peppers

  1. Wash the fish. Make a rub of sea salt, pepper, parsley and garlic powder and rub the fish well. Place the fillet in a large piece of aluminum foil and add red onion, bell pepper and garlic butter. Make a packet out of foil and cook on the grill until fish flakes.
  2. Serve topped with onion and pepper...sauce on the side.
