Rancho Torro Grande Stew (Big Bull On The Farm)

  1. Heat oil in large pot or skillet. Brown meat first, then add bell pepper. onion, celery and garlic. Cook for 5 min. Then add the rest of the ingredients, stir well and bring up to a boil. Then reduce to a simmer and cook for 4 hours. Leave lid on for the first 3 hours then remove for the lid the last hour.
  2. This stew is great left over and made into enchiladas, top with cheese YUMMY!! Please be creative and play with your food. If you have any question please ask!! This will kindly feed a family of 4, you can stretch it for 6. Double it and freeze it. Instant meal
