Soft Bone Grilled Chicken
- 500 grams Chicken
- 60 milliliters Soy Sauce
- 35 milliliters Instant Coconut Milk
- 375 milliliters Water
- 3 sheet Bay leaf
- 1 sprigs lemongrass was destroyed
- 2 clove Garlic
- 4 clove Red Onion
- 3 piece Candlenut
- 1 tablespoon Coriander
- 2 piece Ginger
- 3 pieces curly chili
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 3 teaspoons salt
- Step1 : Clean the chicken, use a fork so that the spices soak, set aside
- Step 2 : Stir-fry the spices until fragrant (I immediately stir-fry at presto) Add lemongrass greetings give the water to boil.
- Step 3 : Add soy sauce and stir the coconut milk to stir until the coconut milk is mixed.
- Step 4 : Add sugar salt, pepper powder, add chicken meat, cover presto and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Step 5 : Open presto slowly, if there is still water left over turning the chicken slowly, cook for a while until the color of the spices is evenly mixed in the chicken and the water is really shrinking.
- Step 6 : Cool for a while, then burn (because it doesn't have a special tool to burn, and I want a simple one to use an ordinary grill to burn it)
- Step 7 : Serve with warm rice, don't miss the red sauce :)
