Soft Bone Grilled Chicken

  1. Step1 : Clean the chicken, use a fork so that the spices soak, set aside
  2. Step 2 : Stir-fry the spices until fragrant (I immediately stir-fry at presto) Add lemongrass greetings give the water to boil.
  3. Step 3 : Add soy sauce and stir the coconut milk to stir until the coconut milk is mixed.
  4. Step 4 : Add sugar salt, pepper powder, add chicken meat, cover presto and cook for about 20 minutes.
  5. Step 5 : Open presto slowly, if there is still water left over turning the chicken slowly, cook for a while until the color of the spices is evenly mixed in the chicken and the water is really shrinking.
  6. Step 6 : Cool for a while, then burn (because it doesn't have a special tool to burn, and I want a simple one to use an ordinary grill to burn it)
  7. Step 7 : Serve with warm rice, don't miss the red sauce :)
