Double Chocolate Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (or chunks)
- 1 package white chocolate chips (or 1 1/4 cups white chocolate chunks)
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
- 2. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add milk and vanilla, mix until creamy. Beat in egg.
- 3. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
- 4. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and mix until just blended.
- 5. Stir in both chocolates.
- 6. Drop by tsp full onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- 7. Bake 7-9 minutes for chewy cookies, bake 10-12 minutes for crispy cookies. Leave on cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes. Let cool completely on wire rack.
