Cauliflower And Peas
- 4 Tbs oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 head cauliflower, in bit-sized florets
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup frozed peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Heat oil in dutch oven unitl hot. Add spices, cook briefly. Add onion, cook until clear.
- Add cauliflower, saute several minutes, stirring until starting to brown. Add water, cover and simmer until cauliflower is tender, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed.
- Add peas, corn and salt. Cover and cook several minutes. Add salt to taste. Serve
