Fudgy Bonbons

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and butter; cook and stir over very low heat until chips are melted and smooth.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk; mix well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
  4. In medium bowl, combine flour, nuts, chocolate mixture and vanilla; mix well.
  5. Shape 1 tablespoonful (use measuring spoon) of dough around each candy kiss, covering completely.
  6. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
  8. Cookies will be soft and appear shiny, but become firm as they cool.
  9. Do not overbake.
  10. Remove from cookie sheets; cool.
