Amaretto Cheesecake

• Crust
• 11/2 cups chocolate crumbs
• 1 cup ground almonds
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 6 Tbsp melted butter
• Cheesecake
• 11/2 lbs. cream cheese
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup amaretto
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Topping
• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla

1. Crust
2. Combine all ingredients and press into 9 in springform pan
3. Cheesecake
4. Soften cream cheese then process (I use flat beater of stand mixer). Add eggs and beat. Add amaretto,cream and vanilla and beat til smooth.
5. Pour into crumb pan and bake at 375 for 30-35 min
6. Mix topping and pour over cake and bake 5 min more.
