Grilled Spicy Honey Salmon
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup course grain mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped Jalapeno
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Tabasco
- 1 Tablespoon curry powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons paprika, sweet
- 1 Teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 Teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Worcester sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- -dressing
- 2 tablespoon Malt Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon shallot
- 1 1/1 pound salmon
- Combine sauce ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Make Dressing, add salt and pepper to taste, chill.
- Brush sauce on both sides of salmon can cook for 3 minutes on each side.
- Top with dressing.
