The Crews Selection
- 1 lb. cooked and deveined shrimp
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) jar mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted or cooking oil
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine or cooking oil
- Cut large shrimp in half.
- Cook mushrooms, green pepper and onion in margarine until tender.
- Stir in mushroom soup, cheese and pepper.
- Heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
- Stir in shrimp.
- Pour into a well-greased 1-quart casserole.
- Combine crumbs and margarine.
- Sprinkle over top of shrimp mixture.
- Bake in hot oven at 400u0b0 for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and crumbs are brown.
- Makes 6 servings.
