Popcorn Cake Delight

  1. Place popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine sugar, syrup, water, vinegar and salt in a large saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture reaches hard ball stage (260u0b0). Remove from heat. Add butter, stirring until butter melts.
  4. Pour syrup in a thin stream over popcorn, stirring until popcorn is evenly coated.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Press mixture into a well-greased 6-cup ring mold.
  7. Cool. Unmold on serving plate.
