Vegetarian Chili
- 1 onion diced or processed
- 1 green pepper diced or processed
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can rotel
- 7 ounces chopped green chiles
- 1 American beer
- 2-3 cans pinto beans drained
- 3 tbsp cumin
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp mexican blend spice
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 12 ounce package of Morning Star Farm Grillers Crumbles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water to your desired thickness
- Cayenne pepper and pickled jalapenos to taste
- Saute onions, green pepper, and garlic in oil. For crock pot, add all remaining ingredients and cook 3-4 hours on high. For stove top, add all ingredients except beans. Bring to a boil, then medium simmer for 30-40 minutes. Add beans at the very end stirring until hot.
