Vegetarian Chili

  1. Saute onions, green pepper, and garlic in oil. For crock pot, add all remaining ingredients and cook 3-4 hours on high. For stove top, add all ingredients except beans. Bring to a boil, then medium simmer for 30-40 minutes. Add beans at the very end stirring until hot.
