Super Bowl: Football Cheeseball
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese sharp, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack shredded
- 1/4 cup Scallions sliced thinly
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce your choice
- 1 Sea Salt to taste
- 1 Pepper to taste
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and chopped small
- 1/3 cup Pretzels crushed
- 1 slice White Cheddar Cheese
- 2 bags Potato Chips for serving
- 1. Combine cream cheese, monterey jack, Cheddar, and 2 tablespoons of chopped scallions, garlic powder, hot sauce, in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Beat until mixed evenly and looks fluffy.
- 2. Transfer mix to serving platter, mold into football shape. Press crushed pretzels, remaining scallions, and cooked bacon all over surface of football shape.
- 3. Refrigerate for 60 minutes or more.
- 4. Cut cheese slice into thin strips to create laces and stripes.
- 5. Serve with chips and crackers.
