Seafood Spaghetti

  1. Start by heating oil and butter on high
  2. saute shallots for about 1min then add garlic and saute for another min.
  3. Next add tomatoes, one handful of basil, and 1/2 of the white wine.
  4. saute all for about 4 min, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the ground fennel seeds and the other 1/2 of the wine. After about 4 min, Add seafood stalk, bring to a boil and then turn heat to medium and let simmer for about 8min.
  6. Next add the cream and let simmer while the water for the spaghetti comes to a boil, at least 5min.
  7. While the spaghetti is cooking add the shrimp and crab meat and let simmer.
  8. Once the spaghetti is ready, drain it and toss with a little olive oil and salt.
  9. Lastly add the steamed lobster tails (if you desire) just until they are warm and season with salt to taste.
  10. Serve spaghetti in bowls with plenty of sauce on top. Garnish with chopped basil.
