Poor Man'S Steak
- 1 round steak tenderized, cut into strips
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 can mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
- flour
- oil and grease
- 1/2 c. milk
- Mix flour, salt and pepper.
- Roll steak in mixture and lightly brown both sides in grease.
- While cooking steak, saute onion, green pepper and mushroom in butter in a saucepan.
- When tender, add cream of mushroom soup.
- When steak is brown on both sides, layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- In grease from brown steak, add flour and milk to make a little bit of gravy.
- Add this to onion, green pepper, etc.
- mixture.
- Stir.
- Pour this over steak and cover with Reynolds Wrap.
- Cook 45 to 60 minutes at 350u0b0 until steak is tender.
