Grandma Page'S Fudge

  1. Vanilla Fudge
  2. Mix milk, butter, brown and white sugar, and salt in heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occaisoinally. Boil 6 minutes, then remove from heat. Add vanila & powdered sugar. Beat with mixer intil smooth and thick (about six minutes). Pour into buttered pan and freeze for 20 minutes. Cut into pieces.
  3. Chocolate Fudge
  4. Follow recipe above, but add chocolate to boiling mixture
  5. Peanut Butter Fudge
  6. Follow Vanilla Fudge recipe above, but add 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup peanut butter.
