Breakfast Casserole Or Breakfast Burritos

  1. Scramble eggs and mix in as many ingredients as you like, green chilies, Ro-Tel, olives, mushrooms and onions. Layer bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with shredded hash browns, then layer your cooked and drained sausage, then put the egg mixture on top of the sausage layer.
  2. Top it off with the cream of mushroom soup.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheese on as you are adding the layers and save some for the top.
  4. Cook at 375u0b0 for 40 minutes or until done. Eat as a casserole or with tortillas.
